IntraSonic RETRO-M Distribution Home Music Intercom System
Intrasonic upgrade Master replaces almost any old M&S System's, NuTone, Broan, IntraSonic, AudioTech Intercom System's and re-use the existing wire and frames.
Replace and Update your existing Intercom System with the New and Exciting RETRO-M Music Distribution and Intercom System with IPod built in. Designed to replace Old Home Intercom System's and operate on existing wire from your intercom system's. The RETRO-M intercom unit has a built-in AM/FM radio. Plug in an mp3 player such as iPod, iPhone, Zune or any other hand held player into the master and share your music with the entire family. Choose between two music sources and listen to the radio in one room and your iPod or MP3 in another.
The RETRO-M Home Intercom offers the latest technology in Automatic Selective Call for private communication. The Intercom is broadcast throughout the home, but the Intercom becomes private once it is answered. Offering hands free communication for the person receiving the call, the RETRO-M has the capability to monitor single or multiple zones. This is a very unique feature not offered by most music intercom system's!

IntraSonicMaster Unit Adaptor Plates
The RETRO-MAB Master Adaptor Brackets and RETRO-MTP Master Trim Plate give you the ability to install the new RETRO-M master unit into the existing rough-in. The Trim Plate is used to eliminate the need for dry wall repair in most cases. You are able to replace the existing intercom master without removing the existing rough-in box in most cases.

The RETRO is a complete system that can be customized to your home
and your specific requirements, as it is a component-based system:
- RETRO-M Master Station: Main interface that
controls the music, intercom functions, volume levels, bass and treble
levels, clock settings, and more. The Portable Music Player Bay is
integrated into the Master Station and can be heard from any Room or
Patio Station.
- RETRO-5R Room Station: In-wall intercoms in rooms
throughout the home that enable selection between intercom, radio, and
portable music sources. Also includes communications with other
stations, including the Master and Door stations. Ceiling or in-wall
speakers can be added to each Room Station.
- RETRO-VC Volume Control: Indoor amplified volume
control with two-source option and volume control, typically used in
rooms with no need for a Room Station.
- RETRO-5P Patio Station: Weather-resistant station
with Room Station functionality designed for outdoor installation in
protected areas such as a patio or porch. Outdoor cube or rock speakers
can be added.
- RETRO-D Door Station: Weather-resistant station
designed for outdoor installation in protected areas. Enables
communication with other stations for verification of guest identity
before opening the door with optional door or gate release. Also
includes a selection of door chimes.
- RETRO Room Adapter and Trim Plates: Optional
hardware designed to fully cover existing intercom wall openings,
eliminating the need for drywall repair. Covers holes for vertical or
horizontal stations, including stations up to 8? large.
- Auxiliary Wall Input: Optional wall input that allows connection to CD or tape players, satellite radios, or computers.
