This exhaust fan 110 cfm, 1.3 sones energy star, is ideal for your small bathroom or powder room. This exhaust fan with cover up to 105 square feet and will clear all your smell and steam from your room. This exhaust fan is easy to retro fit as it has a 4” duct collar that goes into the can, making it so you do not have to go into your attic. This lighted exhaust fan has a no light. The rough in dim 9.25x10x 5 3/4. The finish grille size is 11.5x 12.25, great for covering up older fixtures that you have removed. For quiet and efficient operation, long life, and attractive appearance, lower or remove grille and vacuum interior of unit with the dusting brush attachment. The motor is permanently lubricated and never needs oiling. If the motor bearings are making excessive or unusual noises, replace the blower assembly. This new fan will make any bathroom more attractive.
