This bathroom fan wall control continues to operate for a user adjustable time period 5-60 minutes after light is turned off. The center position bypasses timer and turns fan and light off immediately. This bathroom fan wall control fits a single-gang box, is 120 volt 4 amps, and requires hot and neutral wires in the switch box.
