The Broan HS110LU combination exhaust fan features a humidity sensor that detects rapid rise in humidity and turns the fan on automatically. This combination exhaust fan has an auto shut-off time that is adjustable from 5-60 minutes. This combination exhaust fan is a 4'' round duct. In this combination exhaust fan humidity is sensed at the ceiling where the moisture is most prevalent.
