OUR SHIPPING POLICY

Some large items will incur an oversize charge by the Carrier. In some cases, item/s might be shipped via freight. Any items ordered that are not in stock will be placed on back order unless otherwise specified by the customer. Shipping costs are charged at the time the item(s) ship. All orders are shipped in perfect condition. Shipping costs are best estimates and not guaranteed; we only charge actual shipping cost + $2.00.

LOST ITEMS: If your item is lost during shipping, please keep in mind it can take 3 to 4 weeks for a claim to be processed and settled with the shipper. Normally it does not take that long. If we have supplied you with a tracking number and the shipper shows the item has been delivered then you need to contact the shipper to have them put a trace on the item. Once the item leaves the warehouse we are no longer responsible for the item, the shipper is from that point on. We will however, assist in you in locating your item.

DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item was damaged in transit, it must be reported to us within 14 days-With the original packaging and materials saved for inspection.'Damaged' claims reported after 14 days of receipt will not be honored by the carrier and therefore credit and or replacement will no longer be applicable. Claims for damage must be noted on the carrier's bill of lading and claimed accordingly. If Damages are claimed within 14 days with original packaging a new item can be sent at no charge. 

Returns:   Products that have been used or ordered over 60 days prior may not be returned. Otherwise, ship the return prepaid to us in new condition and include a copy of the invoice so you are properly identified.  There is a 20% restocking charge and shipping charges are not refunded.  In the event of shipping damage, the product is replaced without a restocking charge.

FREE Shipping:   Free shipping is offered on select items throughout HomeProductsInc.com.. See product details for free shipping eligibility.  This offer is not valid on gift cards or prior purchases . This offer is valid on regular "Ground" shipments; it does not include express or expedited shipping or curbside delivery. We reserve the right to change or end this offer at any time. We currently offer free shipping only to street addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. Select parcel items can ship to Alaska & Hawaii but do not qualify for any free shipping promotion . We cannot ship to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes, or U.S. Territories.  **Any return made that contains a free shipping promotion will be credited the amount of the return minus the free shipping savings (credit amount - free shipping amount = actual credit of the return)

Warranty:  Products are warranted by the manufacturer. For installed merchandise that is within warranty call Nutone Service at 800-543-8687 or for Broan products call 800-558-1711. Homeproductsinc.com shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for consequential or incidental damages. 

Clearance Items: OUTLET STORE items are considered "CLEARANCE". This could be due to dinged packaging; minor scratches or maybe the product was sent for review or tried by customers and then returned to us. Every 'CLEARANCE' item is inspected and found to be in good operating condition; all are basically "like-new". Sometimes we have items that are not 'CLEARANCE' item at all, but have been discontinued from current production and we need to liquidate inventory. Availability is not guaranteed. All orders are on "First come, first served basis".
