You can keep the same
     • 3-conductor wiring from master station to remotes

You will have to replace
     • The Master Station
    • All Speakers with/without controls & any remote controls
    • Patch-repair some walls

Only a few rough-ins and update (5") frames are needed
    • Order Master Station
    • Order replacement Speakers
    • Update frame or surface mount for the 5" speakers only
    • Replace any remote controls
    • If remote inside, use IR-91 frame to replace 3-gang switchbox.
